Welcome to TankGame.io, a service provided by Solder Spark Studios, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using TankGame.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users we reasonably believe are under 13.

2. ACCOUNT AND ACCESS

TankGame.io does not currently require an account to play. You may choose a display name when joining a game. You agree not to use names that are offensive, infringing, or impersonate others. We reserve the right to reject or reset any display name at our discretion.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots (other than those provided by the game), hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Harass, abuse, or harm other players
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the Service, including but not limited to graphics, sounds, code, and game design, is owned by Solder Spark Studios, Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

5. ADVERTISEMENTS

The Service may display advertisements from us or third-party advertising partners. By using the Service, you agree that we may place such advertisements. Our advertising practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. IN-GAME PURCHASES

The Service may offer optional in-game purchases in the future. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing, availability, and content of any purchasable items at any time.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLDER SPARK STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $50 USD.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solder Spark Studios, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.
